These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and pk344 ("pk344", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://pk344.cam and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications and services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform in its entirety.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. pk344 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

Access to and use of the Platform is restricted. To register and maintain an account with pk344, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the license jurisdiction applicable to you, whichever is greater.

To access the full functionality of the Platform, you are required to create an Account. You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is accurate, complete and current. You must update your information promptly if it changes.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that outcomes of games, betting markets and casino titles are determined by chance or, in the case of sports betting, by the outcomes of real-world sporting events.

You accept sole responsibility for all decisions made during your use of the Platform, including the decision to place any bet or wager. pk344 does not guarantee any return on wagers placed. Past outcomes — whether displayed on the Platform as illustrative examples or historical data — do not predict or guarantee future results.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. pk344 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. All promotions, bonuses and special offers made available on the Platform are subject to specific terms that govern their use. Where a conflict exists between general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance or associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 50,000 in qualifying wagers. These are illustrative figures — refer to specific promotion terms.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code and game assets — is the property of pk344 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view Platform Content for your own personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, adapt, create derivative works of, or distribute any Content in any form without the prior written consent of pk344.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk344, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of data, winnings, funds or opportunity resulting from technical failures, service interruptions or force majeure events;
• The accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any information displayed on the Platform, including odds, jackpot figures and bonus amounts;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on illustrative examples, promotional descriptions or educational content presented on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

pk344 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• Use of the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction;
• Receipt of a lawful instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority;
• Any other conduct that, in pk344's reasonable opinion, is harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

Upon account termination for breach, any bonus balance and bonus-derived winnings shall be forfeited. Real-money balances, subject to completed verification, may be returned less any applicable fees and deductions, at pk344's discretion.

Your use of the Platform is subject to pk344's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and your rights with respect to your data.

By creating an Account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. If you do not consent to this processing, you must not create an Account or use the Platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

pk344 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, pk344 will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or a prominent Platform notice no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure.
