These cards summarise our core privacy commitments. They are not a substitute for the full Policy below — please read all sections carefully.
Data Minimisation
pk344 collects only the personal data that is genuinely necessary to operate your account, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and improve platform services. We do not collect data for the sake of collecting it.
Secure Storage
Personal data is stored on servers protected by industry-standard encryption, access controls and regular security assessments. All data transmitted between your browser and pk344 is encrypted via TLS/SSL. We do not store payment card numbers in full on our systems.
No Data Sales
pk344 does not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data is shared only with service providers who operate under binding confidentiality obligations and only to the extent necessary to deliver platform services.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, restrict, port and erase your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection law. Requests can be submitted via our support channels. We respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by law.

Contents
This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pk344 ("pk344", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website at https://pk344.cam and all associated sub-domains and services (collectively, the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores, discloses and protects personal data relating to users ("you", "your") and visitors to the Platform.
We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and transparently. This Policy is written in plain, professional English and is designed to give you a clear understanding of your privacy rights and our obligations — regardless of whether you are accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar or any other location.
By accessing or using the Platform, including registering for an account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and that your personal data will be processed as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the Platform.
Note for Pakistan Users: Data protection law in Pakistan is evolving. This Policy reflects international best-practice standards for data privacy. Where applicable Pakistani data protection legislation provides you with additional rights, those rights are not diminished by this Policy. This is not legal advice — consult an independent legal adviser if you have specific data law questions relating to your jurisdiction.
The following key terms are used throughout this Policy:
- "Personal Data" — any information that identifies or could identify a natural person, directly or indirectly, including name, email address, IP address, account ID, and device identifiers.
- "Processing" — any operation performed on personal data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transmission and deletion.
- "Data Controller" — the entity that determines the purposes and means of processing personal data. pk344 is the Data Controller for personal data processed through the Platform.
- "Data Processor" — a third party that processes personal data on behalf of a Data Controller under a binding contractual arrangement.
- "Consent" — freely given, specific, informed and unambiguous agreement to the processing of your personal data for a stated purpose.
- "Cookie" — a small data file stored on your device by a website, used to retain session information, preferences and analytical data across visits.
- "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process used to authenticate users and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
pk344 is the Data Controller for personal data processed in connection with your use of the Platform. As Data Controller, pk344 is responsible for determining why and how your personal data is used and for ensuring that it is processed lawfully, fairly and transparently.
Where pk344 engages third-party service providers — such as payment processors, KYC verification services, analytics platforms or cloud infrastructure providers — those providers operate as Data Processors under written agreements that bind them to confidentiality, security and purpose-limitation obligations consistent with this Policy.
pk344 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by the Government of Pakistan, PTA, State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution. References to payment providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah in this Policy or elsewhere on the Platform are familiar local references only and do not imply endorsement of, or data-sharing with, those entities by pk344 unless a specific and verified processing relationship exists.
pk344 collects personal data through several routes: directly from you when you register or use the Platform; automatically through your device and browsing behaviour; and from authorised third parties where lawful and necessary. The categories of data collected are set out below.

We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs or biometric data) unless specifically required for regulatory compliance and only with your explicit consent or where required by applicable law.
pk344 processes your personal data only where a lawful basis exists. The bases we rely on are:
5.1 — Contractual Necessity
Processing is necessary to fulfil the contract between you and pk344, including operating your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, and providing gaming and betting services you have requested.
5.2 — Legal Obligation
Processing is required for pk344 to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, including KYC identity verification, anti-money laundering (AML) screening, tax reporting where applicable, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
5.3 — Legitimate Interests
Processing is necessary for pk344's legitimate interests — such as fraud prevention, platform security, abuse detection, responsible gambling monitoring and improving Platform services — where those interests are not overridden by your data protection rights.
5.4 — Consent
Where processing is based on consent — for example, sending promotional and marketing communications — you have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. Withdrawal can be made through your account preferences or by contacting support.
pk344 uses your personal data for the following purposes:
- Account creation and management — registering your account, authenticating your identity, maintaining account security and managing your preferences.
- Service delivery — processing bets, casino game sessions, deposits, withdrawals and bonus activations.
- KYC and AML compliance — verifying your identity, screening against watchlists and fulfilling regulatory reporting obligations.
- Customer support — responding to queries, resolving disputes and processing complaints submitted through Live Chat, the Help Centre or email.
- Fraud and security — detecting, preventing and investigating fraudulent transactions, account takeover attempts and platform abuse.
- Responsible gambling — monitoring gameplay patterns that may indicate problem gambling, enforcing self-exclusion or limit settings, and providing targeted responsible gambling resources where appropriate.
- Platform improvement — analysing aggregated usage data to understand how the Platform is used and to improve its content, functionality and user experience.
- Marketing communications — sending promotional emails, offers and platform updates where you have consented or where a legitimate interest applies. You may opt out at any time.
- Legal compliance — retaining records required by law, responding to regulatory inquiries and cooperating with law enforcement where legally obligated.
pk344 does not sell your personal data. We share data only where necessary and under binding obligations. The categories of recipients are:
- Payment Service Providers: To process deposits and withdrawals. These providers receive only the transaction data necessary to execute the payment and are bound by financial services regulations and data processing agreements with pk344.
- KYC and Identity Verification Partners: Third-party verification services that assist with document authentication, sanctions screening and fraud checks. These providers act as Data Processors under written agreements.
- Technology and Infrastructure Providers: Cloud hosting, content delivery, platform software and analytics vendors that support Platform operations. All are bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations.
- Responsible Gambling Partners: Where self-exclusion is implemented across operator networks, limited identifying data may be shared with relevant responsible gambling databases or schemes as required by the license jurisdiction.
- Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where disclosure is required by applicable law, court order, or regulatory demand, pk344 will comply. Where permitted by law, we will notify you of such a demand.
- Business Successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, personal data may be transferred to a successor entity — subject to the same or equivalent privacy protections as described in this Policy.
Payment provider note: When you use familiar payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah, those providers operate under their own independent privacy policies. pk344 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party payment providers. None of these providers endorse gambling or are affiliated with pk344 as an operator.
pk344 uses cookies and similar technologies — including local storage, session storage and pixel tags — to operate the Platform, maintain your session, remember preferences and analyse usage patterns. The categories of cookies used are described below.
| Category | Purpose | Can You Opt Out? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Required for the Platform to function — session authentication, security tokens, load balancing. Cannot be disabled without preventing the site from working. | No (required for functionality) |
| Functional | Remember your preferences — language settings, odds format, account layout preferences. Enhance your experience but are not essential for core functionality. | Yes — via browser settings |
| Analytical / Performance | Collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users interact with the Platform — pages visited, error reports, traffic sources. Used to improve Platform performance and content. | Yes — via browser settings |
| Marketing | Track interaction with promotional content to assess campaign effectiveness. Only used where consent has been obtained. | Yes — via account preferences or browser settings |
You can control cookie settings through your browser's privacy or settings menu. Disabling certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. pk344 does not use third-party advertising networks for cookie-based tracking beyond what is described in this section.
pk344 retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following retention principles apply:
- Account data: Retained for the duration of your account and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, unless a longer period is required by applicable regulatory obligations.
- Transaction and financial records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years from the date of the transaction, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.
- KYC documentation: Retained for five (5) years from the end of the business relationship or from the date of a one-off transaction, as required by AML compliance frameworks.
- Support correspondence: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the interaction, unless the matter relates to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding.
- Marketing consents and opt-outs: Retained indefinitely to ensure that withdrawn consent is respected in future communications.
- Responsible gambling records (self-exclusion, limits): Retained for the duration of the exclusion or limit period and for a reasonable period thereafter, to prevent inadvertent re-enrolment.
Where data is no longer required for any lawful purpose, it is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with pk344's data management procedures.
pk344 operates globally. Your personal data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries outside Pakistan and outside the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed. Such countries may have data protection laws that differ from those applicable in Pakistan.
Where personal data is transferred internationally, pk344 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as standard contractual clauses, binding corporate rules or equivalent transfer mechanisms — to ensure that your data receives an adequate level of protection consistent with this Policy.
Subject to applicable law, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by pk344. These rights are not absolute and may be subject to conditions, exemptions or limitations under applicable law.
Right of Access
Request a copy of the personal data pk344 holds about you and information about how it is being processed.
Right to Rectification
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held about you.
Right to Erasure
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary, or where you have withdrawn consent and no overriding legal basis exists.
Right to Restrict Processing
Request that processing of your data be paused in certain circumstances, for example while accuracy is contested.
Right to Data Portability
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format and have it transmitted to another controller, where technically feasible.
Right to Object
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. Where you object to marketing, we will cease immediately without requiring justification.
To exercise any of these rights, contact pk344 through the support channels listed in Section 16. We will respond to verified requests within thirty (30) days, or within the shorter period required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing a rights request.
If you believe your data rights have not been respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority in the jurisdiction in which the Platform operates or in your country of residence, to the extent that applicable law provides for such a right.
The Platform is strictly for use by adults aged 18 years and over, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction. pk344 does not knowingly collect or process personal data relating to individuals under the applicable minimum age.
If pk344 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the minimum age requirement, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be closed. If you believe that a minor has accessed the Platform and provided personal data, please contact pk344 support immediately.
Adults-only reminder: Being of legal adult age (18+) does not, by itself, make online gambling lawful in Pakistan. Users in Pakistan are responsible for understanding and complying with applicable local law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, before participating in any activity on the Platform. This is not legal advice.
pk344 implements a range of technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, alteration, disclosure or destruction. These measures include:
- TLS/SSL encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
- Encryption at rest for sensitive data categories including identity documents and financial records;
- Access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel on a strict need-to-know basis;
- Multi-factor authentication for staff accessing data management systems;
- Regular security assessments and penetration testing of Platform infrastructure;
- Incident response procedures for identifying, containing and reporting data breaches in accordance with applicable law.
Despite these measures, no internet transmission or electronic storage method is 100% secure. You accept the inherent risks of transmitting information over the internet when you use the Platform. pk344 will notify you promptly of any data breach that is likely to affect your rights and freedoms, in accordance with applicable notification obligations.
pk344 does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Payment card transactions, where applicable, are processed through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors. pk344 retains only tokenised or partial payment identifiers for the purpose of linking transactions to user accounts.
For mobile wallet transactions — such as those processed through Easypaisa or JazzCash — and bank transfer references including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and Raast, transaction metadata including amounts, timestamps and partial identifiers is retained in accordance with Section 9 (Retention Periods) and applicable financial regulations. The use of these payment method names on this Platform is for context only and does not imply data-sharing between pk344 and those providers beyond what is required for transaction processing.
pk344 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law or Platform services. Where a material change is made, we will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users by email or through a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
The effective date and version number at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of a revised Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should discontinue use of the Platform and may request account closure.
The current version of this Policy is always available at https://pk344.cam/privacy-policy.
